All content within Meal GOAT—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Meal GOAT and protected by international copyright laws.

  • Users may not use app content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. User Content & License

The app allows users to submit content such as recipes, photos, and reviews ("User Content").

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Content.
  • License: By posting, you grant Meal GOAT a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your content in connection with the app’s services.
  • Warranty: You represent that you have the legal right to grant this license for any content you upload.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use Meal GOAT to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Harass, stalk, or harm minors.
  • Post content that is racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Disclaimers & No Warranty

  • "As Is" Basis: The app is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Accuracy: While the AI generates recipes, Meal GOAT does not warrant that the app will be error-free or that the generated recipes will always meet specific dietary or safety requirements.
  • Interruption: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Meal GOAT (or its parent company TTC) be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Account Creation: To generate recipes, users must create an account using an email address or Apple ID.
  • Data Usage: Information collected is used to personalize the user experience and maintain the community feed.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
