My Pocket Plus - Privacy Policy

Acceptance of Terms

The use of the card and member management app (the "My Pocket Plus") is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the My Pocket Plus. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the My Pocket Plus.

Changes to Terms

The My Pocket Plus reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following such modifications will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

Intellectual Property

The My Pocket Plus and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Without the My Pocket Plus’s prior written consent, you may not use it or its content for commercial purposes.

User Content

The My Pocket Plus may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to card details, member information, and images (collectively, “User Content”). You retain all rights in and to your User Content. However, you grant the My Pocket Plus a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the My Pocket Plus. You represent and warrant that you can grant My Pocket Plus this license.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the My Pocket Plus to: (a) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (e) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation; (g) upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (h) interfere with or disrupt the My Pocket Plus or servers or networks connected to the My Pocket Plus, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the My Pocket Plus; or (i) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

No Warranty

The My Pocket Plus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The My Pocket Plus does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for any interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the My Pocket Plus be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the My Pocket Plus application.
